Menchie's Frozen Yogurt

It was our first time going to Menchie’s. Looks like they have rectified all the issues noted in the earlier comments. We had a great time; the place was clean, and everything was working well. The toppings and the frozen yogurt was fresh and delicious and it was so reasonably priced. The best part of it, was Kimberly who works there. She was friendly, professional with great customer service. We enjoyed our time with the family/kids and plan to go back!

Menchies is a chain of self serve frozen yogurt. Like many others of its kind, you get a cup, serve whatever combination of froyo you want, add a variety of toppings, then pay by the ounce. I got hooked on them when I started going to one in San Antonio. Because they are franchised, they sometimes offer specials and deals. This one had a "fill your cup" night where you pay a set price and fill your cup with as much as you want/can. I made some pretty epic creations. The flavors they have rotate seasonally and with whatever Disney/Pixar or whatever kids movie is popular. All the flavors are good and clearly marked with allergen and calorie information. They do/did allow samples (when not in a pandemic) and are pretty liberal with how many you get. Overall its my favorite chain for value/cost/flavor.
