Papa Johns Pizza

Good place for pick-up pizza! It takes a long time if you want the pizzas to be delivered to your home! But they are really quick on taking orders and making the pizzas. They just don't have enough drivers, especially at dinner time. I suggest you go pick up and save the delivery fee and the waiting time. They located at convenient area with many parking spot. Servers are always kind even when they are busy.

Just left this location and the line was INSANE. Truly appreciate all the employees working so hard tonight! We got in line and by the time we made it to the window, my order was ready! I have NEVER gotten my pizza literally fresh out of the oven. Still piping hot when we got home. And absolutely delicious. 10/10, every time I’ve gotten my pizza from here - it’s perfection. & again shout out to those busting their *** tonight. (1.20.2023)

I went their to pick up my order. It’s a small place and only options are take out or drive through. Yes that’s right this store has drive through pizza which is convenient. You first order by the window and wait for 10-20mins based on your order in parking and come back to window when they are done.

Manager was super friendly and helpful I placed an order for a client at work online and they had a last minute edition of a gluten-free pizza and they were able to help me add that pizza onto the order in the easiest way possible! Superior customer service at this Papa John's I wish it was my local one.

Typical Papa John's Pizza. The pizza is consistent with the other franchises and this particular location has a drive thru which is really convenient. As a Chicagoan, I prefer my pizza cut in squares. Most places forget to do this when I ask but this location was on point when I made that request. The only con is that most times when you order via drive thru, they request that you park and they say they will bring your pizza to you when its ready. However, I did this they forgot about me and did not bring my pizza. I tried calling to check on my order but no one answered so I had to pull back up to the drive thru to check my order. My pizza was ready and (thankfully) still piping hot.

I order from this papa johns all the time. My pizza is always good and delivery is quick. Their delivery drivers never struggle to find my unit, which is rare from my experience. Last night, I ordered some pizza, and a very nice delivery driver dropped it off. I proceeded to open it and realized it was not my order. I was not happy, so I called the store. A manager answered and told me they would reach out to the delivery driver. The driver was back at my place in less than 10 minutes with my correct order. It speaks volumes as to how a company handles a mistake, and this mistake was handled perfectly.
