Krystal

We do not have a Krystals in our town. During our travels, when we pass a Krystal's restaurant, we are always happy to stop and order. This time was no different. Sometimes I will get a Krystal Burger. And the meat tastes old and what I call doggy. This was not one of those times. The burgers were absolutely cooked perfectly. And we ordered our fries with chili. I do not know how they get their chili to taste so perfect and spicy. Thank you Krystals!

Ok Ok Ok MY GOD!!! A FOR REAL "FRIED APPLE PIE" LIKE GRANDMOTHER USED TO FRY.... Plus Plus Plus The Krystal Burgers are PREPARED JUST RIGHT.... and and and The Drive-Thru Worker Is Awesome. You know times are so (Uncertain) and dealing with the (Public) is like dealing with a BOMB READY TO EXPLODE!!! Krystal's Staff are DOING GREAT UNDER THESE (UNCERTAIN) CONDITIONS OF THE WORLD. We all need to be GRATEFUL KRYSTAL DOORS ARE STILL OPEN. Whoever the COOK IS..... THAT INDIVIDUAL CAN COOK THOSE BURGERS.... and and and THE FRIED APPLE PIE KEEP IT YEAR ROUND

I had lost Faith in Krystal for years. It was like (NO COOK) COULD CAPTURE THAT ORIGINAL FLAVOR OF THE KRYSTAL BURGER. So I just lost Faith and stop going to Krystal's. READ WITH CARE My daughter ask to go to Krystal's tonight. She asked if I wanted anything? I started to say NO!!!! I just didn't feel like getting DISAPPOINTED. But I was like ok I will try ordering Krystal Burgers.... OH MY GOD!!!! I COULD NOT BELIEVE THAT I WAS ACTUALLY EATING A FOR REAL GREAT TASTING ORIGINAL TASTING KRYSTAL BURGER. MY GOD!!!!! I called the Restaurant to get 2/names *The Cooks Name *The Drive-Thru Worker's Name. MY GOD!!!!!! That Krystal Burger TASTE LIKE THE OLD WAY OF YESTERYEARS...... MY GOD!!!!! The cook name is *Ms. Kita THAT BURGER WAS DONE RIGHT Drive-Thru Woker Name: Ms. Crystal SHE WAS VERY PLEASANT I can't believe that I had A FOR REAL GREAT TASTING KRYSTAL BURGER

To owner 1. Available Items Have you OR management decided not to order shell eggs, salt or butter packages? I've been there almost daily 3 weeks and items are never available. 2. Staffing Have management to hire staff I've gone on more than one occasion and was told by employee - only scramblers were being sold, because no other person was there to help. Update to owner 11/16/2022 I update the star review, because YOU made a difference! ✔️ I see you made sure the items made the supply list. (utensils, eggs, butter, salt, jelly & pepper) these are necessities that should always be available, which means ordering, so you don't run out. ✔️ Thanks for not only listening to customers BUT making the items are available for customers. These are your customers - good fun, good service, keeps coming back. Note: You may want to check the cost of investing into plastic cutlery with salt/pepper/napkin/wet one package included. Now have management work on staffing - Your restaurant shouldn't be close, it's 24 -7. Over half of time the lobby is closed. (monies lost) They are NOT doing CovId 19 cleaning.
