Fins Atlanta

There are certain expectations for a sports bar...knowledgable bartenders, simple menu with a few items made well and efficient servers (if you're lucky). Fin gives you none of these things. They made an attempt at building out a space that is loungy and trendy (the concept of the basement lounge is great), but the execution fails miserable. The bartender only knows how to make a glass of beer on tap and the servers are pretty with skills of a 5 year old (cute, but plz call an adult to wait on my table). The kitchen took forever, the serving sizes where good, but the taste subpar. The tv's have no sound and not every table in this bedroom sized space has a view of a tv. Maybe in a year (if they're still here) I'll try them again.

Just tried Fins for first time. Yuck, sorry Fins. Cool ambience but music super loud for lunch w/customers. Biggest yuck is because I ordered baby neck clams that were not good. I ordered a salad with tuna - tuna & dressing were amazing but greens were brown & slimy. I was trying to delicately pick out the brown in front of my customer :P. Won't be going back.
