If I could give less than one star I would I ordered at 8:54 pm they are 6 minutes away from me. It is now 11:02 and I do not have my food! I have called multiple times and have been told something different each and every time. At this point just close this Pizza Hut down they aren’t delivering food or making sure orders are right soo why are they even open. And I can almost guarantee when my food does come it will be cold.

Pizza hut at 4957 Winters Chapel Rd Atlanta GA is Absolutely the worst! Terrible customer service always, they always be getting customer's orders wrong and later blame the customer. Once I called an order in and the lady Even told me what my total was and everything, and when I went to pick it up 30 minutes later they claimed I never called anything in; another time I order two personal pan pizza and they made two large. When I told the lady that is not what i had ordered she got mad at me and said that" yes that is exactly what you ordered i personally took your order"

I ordered a large pizza and I specifically said “Please cut in triangles, where it said square cuts” but I received square cuts, I was disappointed but I understand mistakes happen but I wanted them to fix it so I called the store and asked them for a new pizza for they can pick up the one they delivered. The man on the phone, named Baba, which by the way I don’t believe that’s his real name and he refused to give me his last name. He was very rude and unprofessional. He was arguing with me and wouldn’t let me explain what I had to say but he was screaming and yelling at me and telling me that I shouldn’t have put the instructions on there and that the person that cut the pizza was confused. I asked him if I can please talk because he wouldn’t even let me talk, he then said okay so then I told him that I understand that it was a misunderstanding and that I just want this misunderstanding corrected. He said he will put $5 back in my account. Since he wasn’t understanding or willing to correct their mistake I asked him to speak with a manager and he told me he was the manager. So, when I told him either correct the mistake or refund me my money he told me he isn’t authorized to do so, when I asked him why not, he said he’s not the manager. Forget, about the unsatisfying experience but I was yelled and screamed at by this “Baba” person and I am the nicest person you can ever meet, but now I’m literally upset that I am willing to go above and beyond to make sure that Baba doesn’t treat any other customers the way he treated me, after I submit this review.

I ordered a pan pizza and breadsticks and I received a hand tossed pizza and the breadsticks were missing the marinara. When I called to speak to someone the manager cut me off multiple times saying that she knows it’s a pan cause she cut it. She was incredibly rude and I would not recommend ordering from this location.

Absolutely,ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! I ordered my usual order as always and even asked for manager to make sure the order was correct. When I arrived the order was still incorrect. Kyle the manager was so RUDE EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL.. He told me and I quote, “STOP ORDERING FROM THIS SPOT!!” He is so unprofessional and a horrible manager.. I understand that there’s a staffing issue because it was only him and one other employee but, it’s no need to take his frustration out on me a my incorrect order. Everyone Let’s Please Take His Advise And Stop Ordering PERIOD!!!!🤔🤔😖☹️

I placed an online order. It was 35 minutes late. The wings in the combo were not the flavor I ordered. And you can see from the photos the care that was taken to deliver my pizza where the actual box and pizza were folded. And everything was cold. I won't be ordering from here again. If I could give zero stars, I would.
