This was horrible, I haven’t bought the deep sea double in a while and it was a reason I didn’t, they seem to cook it too long. It was hard and didn’t even have tarter sauce on it at all or lettuce just cheese. I threw it away, was a waste of money. I had fries as well but they tasted old. The only thing good was the chili cheese dog, the checker burger and the spicy chicken sandwich. Smh

I placed a simple order on the mobile app 2seconds before I spoke with the server. I asked can I have extra pickles bc I can’t add it on the app and can I have my meat cooked for 2 mins longer and he replied “oh the sandwich is already made “.. I know this seems petty but it is always something every time I go to this location. Long lines and poor customer service

They're just ignoring people at the window now, even when there are no drive through orders. When I arrived someone had already been waiting 10 minutes. When that person confronted the staff, they said they are doing drive-through only - even though they had taken my order at the window the day before. They don't bother letting anyone know, they just ignore them and hope they leave.

Don’t even deserve 1 star at all because there both employees where high at work time and I understand the supply demands on chicken I never heard about the potato’s I Odered no:3 which it was good & I Odered no 6 they gave me chicken tenders only they charged me for it (total scam) checkers need to do something about this terrible service at drive through scenarios

The service was extremely slow. No hot dogs, no chicken basket, no shakes nor slushy. I won't go nack.

Currently it’s 5:21 and i been in line for at least 10 minutes waiting . The lady is saying it’s only two people working but that’s not my fault . No apologizes or anything , Very unacceptable and not to even mention my food was cold .

I asked for fresh hot food .she said its fresh they just came up .well it was hot because it was put back in the grease to heat up.but it was hard because it was re-fried to heat -up.nobody was behind me I don't mind waiting on hot fresh food like I asked for..don't care if it $6 or $20 give it to me fresh.
