Domino's Pizza

Last night we ordered a pizza that took over 2 hours to be delivered. We tried to call them, however, we were unable to reach them. Today we called and spoke with Mori, who was very nice and professional. He explained that due to some unforeseen circumstances, which one was a car accident, he was down to one driver last night. He kindly offered a free meal for exactly we had ordered for our next order. Times are hard these days with finding hard workers and I know it was a very difficult night and I appreciate his wonderful attitude in explaining what had happened and offering a free pizza.

My order was missing few details (cheese and toppings) along with the dip due to rush hours on Sunday evening I believe. I called the store manage Moorie and he immediately apologized and promised to reorder stuff from my bill for free at my desired time. I really appreciate his gesture and commitment to deliver the best. Thank you Domino's

This food was absolutely not it! Everything was wrong with every part of the order. I requested for the pizza to be pie cut, and it came square cut. Not only did they get the cut wrong, but I also ordered spinach on half the pizza which didn't happen. There was spinach on a 1/4 of the pizza with no cheese beneath! The chocolate lava cakes were wayyy too done; they smelled like the bottom of a glass pan if you had brownies in the oven for about 5-7 minutes too long. To top it all off, the pasta was a great display of a lack of quality control. I was about 1/3 of the way into my pasta when I saw an eyelash of a different color and curl pattern than mine!! I called to request a possible refund, and all they could say was they're sorry and they'll make it free for the next order even after I said I'm never ordering again. It was like speaking with a robot. I am absolutely disgusted and disappointed by this experience once again, and I am officially DONE with Domino's. This was the straw that broke the camel's back for me. I'll be going to Blue Moon, Papa John's, Marco's, Jet's, etc before ordering from here again. (Photos for credibility and proof of requests)

Twice in past 6 or so months- I waited over 6 months to order again from first incident to give some benefit of the doubt. First time- waited 4 hours (this would be after 1am at this point) for a delivery. Got told it was on its way starting 2 hours in, got left on hold, and got hung up on and told not to come physically pick up the pizza. Drove to store, workers were hanging on counters and not cooking. Wouldn’t open door said the store was closed. Never got my order. Second time- wrong food delivered. Store said they would send the correct order. 1.5 hours later called. Said they got super busy and hadn’t prepared the correct order yet. So I asked for a refund because it had been over an hour (2.5 hours from original order) and manager hung up on me. Called back got put on hold for 30 minutes. Called back got given to another person working - I have a run down of the issue and was yelled back at saying no confirmation of refund can be given just to check my debit card. Looking at other reviews getting hung up on seems a consistent practice for this location. This is a bit absurd.

Absolutely terrible service here. I placed an order for delivery on 6/27/2022. The delivery took over an hour and 45 minutes from time of order to the time it was finally to my front door. After an hour I kept trying to call the store for an update as it kept saying my food was in the quality check state, but it sat in that stage for an hour and a half. After 10 attempts and sitting on hold for 30 minutes no one still answered. This means my food was far from fresh by the time it was delivered if it was out of the oven for that long. Don’t order food from this dominos location. The only reason I’m giving two stars is because the food came out half decent.

Do not take the risk of ordering from this restaurant; you will regret it. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED! I ordered $51.52 worth of pizza at 8pm. Two hours later at 10pm I called the store to find out where the driver was. The store had an automated message that said “This store is not delivering pizzas today.” The next morning I had a charge for $51. I called the store and the manager said they don’t do next-day refunds! I called customer service and I can’t get to a person. I’m so angry. This is a warning to everyone.

I used the app to place an order, on the first attempt to pay it said payment didn't process so I used another card, turns out both cards are being charged. I order a 16" pizza philly streak and cheese and a bottled water...pizza toppings were skimpy (pepperoni, bacon, mushroom, spinach and extra cheese) the delivery driver was a smoker so the bag that the bottled water was in smelled like cigarette smoke as did the pizza box...I don't ordinarily write reviews but this Domino Pizza is the worst food experience I've ever had in my life(I am 60). Do not I repeat do not order from this location order came to $42 and I included a $5 tip for old crusty smokestack to bring me the pizza so basically $50 was thrown in the trash and I also have to deal with the hassle of fixing the double charge....Domino's is garbage🤬😭🤬😭😩🤬🤬🤬just stank.

I never have any issues ordering online, in person, or over the phone. This locations has the best quality of food and no excessive wait times. The weekends are busy but a wait should be expected. The staff is always working hard and all respectful. Thank you guys. This is the only location I will order from going on 2 years.
