Arby's

We went for the bacon wagyu beef burger. Was really hoping I'd like this burger, but ... Possibly sous vide'd, as claimed, but then undoubtedly deep-fried to an alarming crustiness, thereby obliterating any hope of the promised pink center. The texture was off-putting, as well. Kind of gummy, like those cheap-a** frozen Celentano meatballs sold at Walmart, and as arid as the Gobi. The toppings were okay, though the intact cheese slice was disappointing. It was, after all, sitting atop the presumably hot burger. That said, the patty was a sturdy b*****d, and--fast food-wise--there's not much else like it in the marketplace. There was a half-hour wait at 2:30 pm, something else to consider.

Arby's sold potato cakes as their exclusive side order to the roast beef sandwich for years. Then they added curly fries for people who crave seasoning salt and grease, then crinkle fries for people who prefer something bland and soggy. Suddenly too many potato options. So which ones do they get rid of? Their iconic signature item. Of all the underwhelming sandwich options they've come up with since decided being the roast beef go to just wasn't enough, I prefer their Reuben. The problem is, you can get a better deli sandwich in any town on earth that has their own kosher food joint. So obviously my problem isn't with this location alone. The people who work there are probably perfectly nice folks that for one reason or another find themselves having to get by on subsistence wages. I get that. But I used to enjoy getting food from Arby's and now it's the lunch of last resort. Sad.

Picked up lunch for another couple. I will assume it was good, they attacked it like a pack of wild dogs! I bought six (6) classic Roast Beef Sandwiches which took a long while of prep time. Also, I had a coupon that the Arby's employee didn't know covered ALL of the items, not just one. They screwed me out of money. You got to watch them!

The food still comes out pretty fast but my brisket sandwich was not it.....and those sandwiches are pretty hard to ruin... ...the bread felt microwaved it was also balled up . The meat was fatty???? Look it was just a bad sandwich... good thing a friend paid or I would have ask for a do over. You would think a dine in order would demand some sort of pride.Heck my Light mayo request wasn't even respected...mater of fact I was going to leave three stars but the shift leader took my order it's no excuse for it the manager was calling orders they collectively are a bad service group. But they are hiring....go, like, four months from now....but don't bother going in there now.

Never even got to order. The managers were outside hanging signs. Then I pulled up. I walk in no one greeted me or the people that walked in through the other door we stood there for 10 minutes before someone came n took there order. They were moving slow on the register so I went to use the bathroom came out. No one at the counter again. After another 10 minutes of no service I left. Y’all gotta understand gas is too high to be driving to get some so called fast food and y’all not only taking too long but not even present when we walk in. Rename it slow food

Terrible and trifling customer service at this dirty location. The “manager” Marcus Davis refused me service bc I complained about the excessive wait? He kept telling me in the drive through to give him a second, which was much longer than a second. I told him I could come in, when I did he had me and other customers waiting. He refused me service and was nasty when I asked more than once if they were gonna take our order? They (more than 2 staff in Arby tees working) kept walking past us blatantly ignoring us? I suppose bc he is a narcissist that doesnt like his job! Im sure he probably compromises the food on PURPOSE bc he doesnt like customers like me lol just triffling!! Him and his rude staff are trifling; never again at this location. Eat here at ur own risk!!
