Mcdonald's

This was the third McDonald I drove to today and surprisingly they were the most exceptional consider all others! Very impressed with their ability to attentiveness and customer service and they were receptive to the feedback I had to give them, about my previous experience and suggestions on how to eliminate unsatisfied guests. For that I upgraded my frappe to a large that was all I wanted today and out of two locations neither had the proper products to make one for Me and so this one here did just that and I also decided to spend a couple more dollars with them for that! Great job and exceptional service today!

I wanted to take the time to write a good review for this McDonald’s restaurant. I visited around 6:15 PM on 04/04/2022. I appreciate how fresh everything was! The line moved smoothly, the young lady and gentleman in the window both were very nice. They weren’t too enthused, but at least they were attentive and at least greeted me when I came to the window. That’s says a lot! Since moving to ATL I’ve noticed a lot of the other McDonald’s I have visited here lack customer service, and food quality. I don’t visit McDonald’s often, but out the times of visited while being here, this McDonald’s has been the best! I hope they are like this all the time. Keep up the good work!

Advertised as open 24 hours, on Google, and they have it on their board as well, but clearly not open 24 hours. Arrived at 5:38am, no other cars in line. All the lights were on, but I sat at the drive thru speaker for 10 minutes with no one answering. A man (I think a security guard possibly?) was even let back inside, so clearly someone was there, and I sat for 5 more minutes thinking, now they at least know I'm here, and still nothing. Not the first time either. No point in coming anytime before 10am I guess.

Well the McDonald's on metropolitan parkway what's great then take too long for my food everything is good and hot I asked for hydrated onions instead of the regular ones and they gave it to me the tea was just the right taste Sprite just they gave me enough ice not too much and price for the Big Mac 2 for $6 that was a blessing change we had chicken nuggets quarter pounder fish fillet all at a great price a mother could feed a whole family and won't go broke plus get him a drink maybe a couple of cookies on the side one each I had a great experience thank you thank you very much we enjoyed everything we picked it up ourself so we got everything we wanted I even went back the second time that was great too y'all be blessed I sure am

Why eat here? They won't even give you the common freakin decency of updating their hours so you don't waste your time. This isn't covid or supply chain shortages either, Chick-fil-A is ALWAYS open on time or several minutes later, and because they view my time as valuable, they will be my new breakfast spot.

This location is slow, and don’t even bother using the app for deals. They’ll just put it in the system and then NOT give it to you. The MANAGER said to come inside or go back through the drive-thru. Uh, no. The wait is already long. Then I get a Medium instead of the Large when they try to fix it. Yeah, I know, it’s just fries….
