Pizza Hut

Cheesy bread was amazing Pizza was just ok , been eating pizza hut since I was a kid. Can never go wrong, I always get a craving once or twice a year. I can only eat so much it fills be up so quick, I do like there pepperoni it is thin a crispy, my daughter loves it. Family and I will be back soon.

Sat at the window waiting for my order to come out for 8 minutes as per request from the worker at the window. I pay ahead of time with her. I get charged. I wait 20 more minutes to be told my card didn't go through, and I'll have to pay again. I pull up my bank statement and see I was charged already. Without apologizing a single time, the MANAGER demands me pay $70 total dollars on 2 pizzas and breadsticks. I told him to cancel the order, and he happily canceled my order, shooing me away. Not a single apology.

I wish they deserved the one star I gave them. I specifically asked for them to call and not knock on the door because I might not be able to hear them, they knock anyway. No biggie. The guy gives me my pizza, I sign my receipt, he leaves. I open the box of pizza and it's destroyed. I call, ask to speak with the manager, said his name was Peter, extremely rude. He's entertaining a personal call while on the phone with me. After a while he finally tells the person he's on the phone with that he'll call them back. I explain the situation and he states the driver will be back to pick the pizza up and asked if I want another one delivered. I decline and ask for a refund. He tells me that he'll void my ticket but refuses to give me a confirmation number for the voided items.

Sat at the window for 15 minutes waiting for someone. After said wait; Blew my horn, openned the window and asked if anyone was inside. Watched 2 people walk in and then out. Person finally comes to window and blames it on the "sensor". Then says my order isnt ready when its been a full 20 extra minutes since the app said it was ready. Employee has an attitude the entire time. "Its probably not even ready" 15 mins turned into 50 and an awful experience.

The personal pan pizza I ordered was burnt around the edges. And why would the waitress place my food in a plastic bag and tie it. I watched her touch 8 different things and not once did she change her Single Use Latex Gloves or even wash her hands. The stickers are placed on the box to show it wasn't open yet this lady put my sticker on the box with my receipt not how it's supposed to be used. I don't even want to give you a star! WHY IS NO STAR NOT AN OPTION??

That is the lunch buffet most of the time. This is after they brought out 2 pizzas. 12:30 lunch crowd. There is one server, which is ok for a dining room this size, but slow drink orders. Have time to wait for new pizzas on the buffet and be prepared to spring into line. Also, despite the table topper, there was no salad in sight.
