Smoothie King

This location does not honor their business hours appropriately. There is no restroom available to patrons, which is unsanitary. How do you not have a restroom available at a place that serves food to the public? The employees are unmotivated and unenthusiastic. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

This honestly used to be my favorite smoothie king. I’m not sure what happened, but there has definitely been a decline over the last year. You never know when the store is going to be open. I’ve been several times at 7:30a when the store is supposed to open at 7:00a and the doors are still locked prime example is today 6/30/21 it’s currently 7:20a and the store is not open, with No one inside. The smoothies are watery now and when you go in you never know what kind of customer service experience you are going to have. Unfortunately this particular location is going down rapidly.

Meh...Island smoothie taste kinda weird for a "customer favorite". Horrible customer service!! No other customers were inside during my entire visit (like 5 mins), yet bald dude in the pink shirt already had an attitude and was trying to rush me to order. Like he wanted me to leave, like he's not getting paid to sit down and play on his phone. I didn't care that he was on his phone, I politely told him I wasn't decided yet and he stalked off and told his coworker to "deal with me" so he could go to the store...I didn't even bother them! So rude, wouldn't be surprised if this SK is losing money due to this poor kind of service. Shame...

Woah crazy bad experience. The lady there was nice but management is terrible. 1. i showed up at 9am and the store wasn’t opened. 2. I ordered online and paid for it. They didn’t get it. 3. I showed my receipt and she said I have to pay for it again because it didn’t come through. 4. She put me in the back of the line. Don’t go here.

The staff running this location are extremely unprofessional and rude. Operating hours are whenever they feel like it, irrespective of posted business hours, and if you use this location regularly, it's going to frustrate you. The last time I went, the store was closed over half an hour earlier than scheduled, no sign with an explanation, and the person inside completely dismissed me when I tried to get their attention - Airpods in ear and all. I even tried reaching out to management about this issue and they haven't responded. As I said, absence of leadership, the people running this place must make money hand over fist to not care to run their store professionally. I don't recommend you ever come here, lest you find your time wasted. (Evidently, another review from another frustrated person is left here 7 months before mine. These people really just don't care - I'd rather give my money to someone else.)
