I wish I could give -5 stars!!!!! My husband placed an online order for pickup today 6/13/2022,and it was said that it was going to be ready for pickup at 7:33 pm, however we had to drive around to the end of the line and when we finally made it to the window, it was 8:13pm and we still had to wait only to get undercooked chicken tenders!!!!! Salmonella at its finest!🤢🤮 This store needs to be closed down IMMEDIATELY! Short staffed or not, the business needs to be ran properly....

I pull out my mobile phone as I was getting ready to use my Checkers app rewards at the 2191 Campbellton Rd SW Atlanta,Ga 30311 the manager told me that they doesn't do the scanning on the rewards because they are franchise not corporate but I couldn't get mad at him because he was nice about telling me what the difference & why they has a company couldn't take my rewards, so I warning the customers that want to use their mobile phone to get the free foods don't go there

Was the only customer in line and the guy left his headset on cursing.. so when we pulled up to the window.. he quoted ‘ y’all must think we got a full staff or something’.... we only order one meal and they was too lazy to do that.. The Guy has dreads and had tats on his face.. that alone is a bad look on this checkers and his mouth is going to get him in trouble. please advise whoever is the owner needs to evaluate and get him out your restaurant ASAP.

Hey are horrible an should be shut down. They told me to go to the parking lot because I couldn't sit in the window only to see 4 cars th St came after me get their food and go. So i got back to the window only to find that they didnt even know what I had. Then I got back to the parking lot an the lil dude bringing out the food gives me my bag which was missing a fry and i said as much an he said it wasn't on the ticket and kept walking back into the restaurant. I pulled back around to the window for him to reiterate and I asked for my receipt then they realized that they were wrong. They are a horrible location and a disgrace to black folks everywhere.
