Rally's Hamburgers

Very bad customer service ..I went thru drive thru and ordered ask can I add on a fry on at the window and they told me due to Covid19 I cant add on items at the window but they took my food back which I Didnt understand... so I had to go back around and place another order..asked for a refund the guy reprinted my receipt. Very Nasty Attitudes.

We’re having a tropical storm rn. Checkers is really the only restaurant nearby that has power. So it’s understandable that they would have a long line. However, for management to only have 2 workers on duty at this time is very wrong for those employees. Despite this inconvenience, these two employees were very nice. I had to wait about 7 minutes to place my order but the cashier was very attentive and helpful. He Also showed exceptional customer service by bringing my food out to the car even though I told him I would come out to get it myself. Thank you to Robert and his coworker for still providing great, fast service under the circumstances. The food was also fresh. I appreciate you for your work.

The worst place ever it I've visited this place three time and was only able to order once all three walk ups. They always have you waiting 20 minutes before someone even service you. I'm at the window tonight and nothing has changed just shut it down or it needs new management because clearly the management sucks

Nasty as hell!! Refused to give the FREE item that I received texted for and attitude just as nasty as the place...opened my cup and I don't know WHAT exactly it is in it but it shouldn't be. And my daughter's food was BURNT to where she could barely eat the fries or chicken bites. I asked for a manager and she was no better than the Employees ..pocket full of money but decided to eat CHECKERS all because my baby wanted it and the manager act like I was trying to get over on them and get something for FREE!! So yes I will be calling corporate first thing in the morning.

Very slow. No customer service. The person i spoke to was rude and frowning along with a bad attitude and looked like he didn't want to be there. I was there 20 mins before i got an update that they had not started my order and there was no other customer at the restaurant at the time. What on earth could they be doing? A simple combo order. I just left and found a nearby McDonalds and was in and out in less than 5 mins. I will never go to any Checkers because of this nonsense. I work to hard for my money to give to these ungrateful people.
