The Raw Kitchen

As a starving vegan, I was wandering like a cat in heat through the streets of Auckland City. I was unsure - as a fly in the ocean - were to settle to fulfil the desire for a raw and meal. After (metaphorically of course) flitting through a sky full of processed foods and animal corpses I landed on the unprocessed, vegan wonderland that is.. raw kitchen. The well-lit, open-plan cafe drew me in like a moth to a lamp - and as I was greeted by the lovely and attractive Billie - I lingered like an ant stuck in a bug trap. I was desperately caught in the web of deciding what to eat, unable to wriggle from my cocoon of uncertainty when the celestial woman behind the counter triggered my metamorphosis of decision. She delicately suggested that I should sample a humble breakfast cup - a sustaining meal that she told me was crafted from the most sustainable plant-based nutriments available in the bustling hub that is CWD. After the first simple bite (that was so beautifully presented I could not hold back my pining mouth for a second from receiving it) my feet simply began to levitate from the ground as I reached a new pinnacle of raw vegan ecstasy. I like my food as I like my intimate experiences… raw. If you like to indulge in the same pleasures as me - I invite you, please no not miss this. Thank you raw vegan kitchen!

I love The Raw Kitchen's cakes. I have tried multiple and so far all of them were great. Flavor is nice and smooth, not too strong and not too sweet like other cakes. I like that they fit a variety of diet requirements and it makes it easy to order for groups of people with different diets. The shelf options are great for a healthy dessert. The upstairs of the store is very nicely decorated and cozy.
