Great restaurant with friendly prompt service. Serves a combination of traditional and modern indian dishes. If unsure help is readily available from the very knowledgeable staff who are only too glad to help. The bonus here is that the cost are very reasonable. Starter and mains for 2 people were under $100 which is a rarity in Auckland.

Really great meal out at Heritage, staff were super friendly and efficient, food was lovely, really nice vibe and clean/modern bathroom. One thing that I noticed was that they were super busy with takeout and delivery orders, but it was well run and organised, and didn't affect the dine in experience at all. Will definitely go back.

I wrote a review on this restaurant 4 years ago , as being best Indian food in Auckland . I visited 2 days ago , again with family and friends . Whole place was Full and we ordered lamb chops , malai chicken tikka , Kaka mushroom and Veg crisps , Smoked Paneer and Dal and Mango icecream and Rice and Naan breads . This time, let me speak of vegetarian food . OMG i dont like Paneer but i loved their smoked Paneer masala ,Mushrooms i have never eaten anything like this - they just melted in my mouth and Mango icecream was xotic and not very sweet and 4 plates of mango icecream just disappeared . Lamb chops was stunning and full of flavours . Customer service was very friendly and polite and most of all prices were very reasonable . So i will say this is probably best indian reataurant in NZ . I strongly recommend everyone should try this food and you will not get disappointed . Thank you heritage team 🙏
