Legit, earthy, spicy, refreshingly fresh and exuberant flavours of Mexican cuisine 🇲🇽 I can only assume people give this place bad reviews because they only know Taco Bell, or old El Paso - absolute culinarily ignorance! Open your mind and for the first time, taste the real flavours of Mexico … you do not know this food until you come HERE. Never mind the bollox - the warm, soft, a-maize-ing taco flatbread oh my lord!! Those tangy, succulent, dripping meats with the herbaceous, fragrant salads - just wow! It’s not a fancy place at all - grass roots, family run and the price reflects it. They just create exquisite food and have excellent staff. The place isn’t licensed currently - which sucks but if enough of us show support for this beautiful contribution to the Auckland cuisine scene we can support this small business until we have our fiesta of flavours alongside a cool, crisp Modelo cervezas (beautiful ice cold Mexican beer). If you go to one Mexican restaurant in Auckland - come here!!!!

Just OMG!! Amazing, we ordered three different dishes and loved everything. Just real, fresh, authentic and divine 🙌🏼 Love it, best Mexican I have ever had!!! I inhaled it and ate through the pain because it was simply delicious and the portion size is so decent. And that’s x4 people not just me 😂 we will be back.

One of the best tacos I’ve ever had in Auckland! (I’ve tried so many places in Auckland and this one is the best) The tacos are fresh, delightful & amazing!!!! Would rate them a 9/10. The passionfruit drink was also amazing, everything had so much flavour! Just want to give a huge thank you to the staff for the amazing hospitality! Definitely will be back!!

I was lured to this place after reading the comment of my friend Hannah and I couldn’t have done better. It was my choice of takeaway in the very first night we were allowed to have takeaways after a lockdown in Auckland. I had beef brisket tacos and chips with guacamole. It’s full of flavour and makes you feel satisfied in every bite. I do prefer the chunkier guacamole but this one was also tasty and well spiced. The place doesn’t share the same colourful and happy vibes of other traditional Mexican restaurants but the great food and welcoming staff will make you go back to try the whole menu.

Absolutely superb tacos and nachos, especially the mole pork and the beef brisket. I cannot stress enough that I actually died and ascended to heaven today eating these tacos. Who knew? I'm going to go back again and again. Anyone who says differently is plain wrong and wouldn't know delicious food if bit them on the nose. Would ONLY have been better if they sold Jarritos sodas.
