Chicken Salad Chick

I had fairy high expectations based on what I’ve heard others say but those expectations fell flat for me. The service wasn’t friendly and the food was underwhelming. I had the Trio with the bacon, cheddar & ranch (?), the Original and the Southern style. It all tasted pretty much the same to me and mostly like mayo and not much else. The grape salad however was delicious and I could eat just that. The crackers were all broken up for the most part so there was nothing to eat with it. The website shows the trio as being served on lettuce but as you can tell by my picture that wasn’t true. The piece of lettuce was smaller than the palm of my hand. The sweet tea was good.

The Chicken Salad Chick concept is perfect (unless you don't like chicken salad). Cute, tasty and clever. But even more, the customer service of this location is way beyond expectations. They were patient in explaining the menu to me in the most friendly way possible. I purchased more to go for later on my trip. They packed it on ice to make sure it was fresh. These ladies were a delight. And so is the restaurant. Don't miss it if you are in Augusta.

I had the most wonderful experience at this location! I have been to plenty of restaurants and fast-food places that had nice service but this one takes the cake! The worker or manager (unsure of his position) named Mark was SO NICE. My friend ordered a scoop of chicken salad that they were out of but she had already paid for it and when Mark brought us her order, he informed her they were out. She was just going to settle for something else but he went to the back and made her everything she ordered they were out of; so kind of him! I will definitely be coming back!

absolutely love this franchise but this particular location is staffed with employees who, for the most part, look miserable to be working and annoyed by the lines at lunch or with any questions you ask. You feel like you’re bothering the employees when dining at the Augusta location. Love CSC, but have consistently not enjoyed my experience here. Keep returning for the food. 🤷‍♀️

On Tuesday, April 26, I provided the Augusta location with an order for ten people to be picked up at 11:00 AM on Wednesday, April 27. I called at 10:53 AM to confirm the order was ready for pick-up, and was told by a manager the order wasn't ready. Also, while on the phone with the manager, the person picking up the order arrived, and we were told she would have to wait for the order to be prepared. I'm very disappointed with the level of professionalism/care in processing this order.
