Red Robin Gourmet Burgers

Surprisingly there was no wait today with that being said it was very dead in there and our food was still cold. Nothing worth enjoying if it's not hot from Red Robin. Try eating a towering onion ring when it's like lukewarm was not impressed will never be going back. My mom's urger was cold. Made me feel bad going there cuz it was my idea.

This used to be one of my favorite places to go as a kid. But now they are so severely understaffed that they were only utilizing 1/3 of the tables. Resulting in a wait-list time of 90mins which ended up turning into a 2 hour wait for us to get in. When we were finally able to be seated I discovered that their lemonades are made different now and their menu is significantly smaller. The top advertised lemonade was literally made with Minute Made lemonade and some strawberry pieces. Another was basically just sprite. Essentially paying $5 for bottled lemonade in a cup of ice. The burgers were okay but not worth what we paid and left me queasy after. Such a huge waste of time and money. The only good thing about it was that we didn't wait super long for the food to come out (However with the prior 2 hour wait it didn't matter.) The staff were polite. Honestly with how understaffed and poorly managed they are, they should not be open. If you're thinking about going to this Red Robin save yourself the trouble and DON'T GO.

Food didn't look like the photos. Super thin patties on gourmet burgers and shredded lettuce instead of leaf as advertised.fries were stale and cold. They brought my kids milkshakes 30 mins before our meals..why would we want that ?and never brought straws. No knives at the tables only fork and spoon. Just overall disappointing and over priced

Very sad. I love Red Robin, but in October we drove 2 hours to eat there only to find a closed sign on the door. In April, my husband stopped there with 8 men and were turned away by 3 girls sitting at the receptionist's station, snapping selfies, who told them that they weren't serving people. Yesterday we stopped again at 3pm (sign indicated they were open 1-5). There was hardly any customers and we were told a 40 minute wait. Poor way to treat potential customers. Why not just close the restaurant permanently?
