Went here with two friends, collectively got the beef torta, chicken quesadilla, empanada, and fried banana. Torta and empanada were solid, quesadilla used queso fresco and was great. Never had fried banana before, but it was amazing. Sweet and savory with a touch of heat.
Owner/cook was funny and personable, chatting with us after we ate.
Definitely plan on coming back the next time I am in Austin.

This place is absolutely amazing!!! The food is an interesting mix of Mexican and Italy. The quesadilla is hands down the best I’ve ever had and I grew up with a Mexican Grandmother. The owner was super friendly and sweet. You could tell that he really cared about his food. Would recommend to anyone within 25 miles.

This place is amazing! Went here on a whim worth some friends and some things most unique and tasty Mexican food in Austin. He uses corn masa flour for his dishes which was delicious! Everything we tried was amazing. Highly recommend the fried bananas as well. The man who runs the truck is also the sweetest man on Earth.
