Domino's Pizza

Would give negative stars if possible. Have now had 2 different experiences where the pizza has taken 2+ hours to even finish cooking. I’ve called the location to try and cancel as their app doesn’t even have an option and they will leave you on hold for 30 mins or longer without even giving you a chance to speak. Manager called me first time and offered free $20 so when I tried to use it today, the same thing happened. Never spending my money here again. Go to another location bc they will never care about your order or helping ever.

I waited hours for my pizza, and had it remade. I admittedly did have an address change and it was a Friday, so I can understand the delay. The delivery person was very kind, and I am grateful for that. However, it's ridiculous that this occurs at all, and that they stopped answering the phone - the only way I could contact them was through the delivery person. I would not order online from them again.

Gets my order wrong every time. I hadn’t ordered from them in almost a year and they took 3 hours to deliver my food. It was cold. Had the wrong toppings. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone and almost a week later they call at 11 pm on a week night and ask for my credit card info. I work at 8 am that’s ridiculous. Anyway they still haven’t given me my money back. Don’t waste your money or time with this.

This store takes HOURS to deliver. It’s been 3 hours and no update. They are obviously short staffed, and there is no way to cancel the order after you place it. Calling is pointless as they put you on hold forever. I don’t blame the store itself, but Domino’s needs to figure out a way to cancel the order on the website/app, and the store needs to be able to turn off orders when they are slammed. I won’t be ordering from here again, but I hope management figures this out.

I walked in stood in line with four other people. African woman walks in skips everybody in line and the workers allowed it to happen. It was a white guy working and a African with long braids and long hair that allowed her to skip everybody. Never coming back to the store ever again. Y'all lost a valuable customer I come here almost 2 to 3 days I come here so much that the employees know me by my name already. Teacher workers how to respect your other customers and stop allowing people to skip other people. And also tell your employees to find girlfriends since they like to falling for girls and their b******* and allowing girls to skip other people

Not sure what is going on with Domino's pizza, waited like 2 hrs to find out they don't have enough drivers. That's fine they could have called me. That way I not waiting for a Phantom pizza. If they are struggling that bad maybe they need to hire third party delivery drivers or stop promising deliveries.

I waited 1 1/2 hours for the driver. He showed up outside my apartment and didn't deliver the pizza and drove away. I had to drive down to the store because their phone wasn't working and now I'm in a parking lot waiting for my pizza. the staff was done apologetic and quite rude. in fact nobody would admit to being the one that did that to me. Avoid the Dominos location 1931 E Oltorf. Horrible service, terrible management.

Ordered a pizza to be delivered at 7:30. It wasn't even marked as out for delivery by 7:45, so I called. First call, someone picked up then put the phone down; I called again, got put on hold, waited 10 minutes, then called and got put on hold again. Went down to the location; they hadn't started our order so we sat there and waited while they made it. The phones kept ringing while we were there and we watched as who I assume to have been the manager literally turned the phones off. I didn't even get refunded for the delivery charge, and it turns out they have a 16 hour time limit for complaints so I can't do anything about it
