Mcdonald's

Hardly ever order at this location, but when I do they somehow seem to mess up a simple order. This most recent visit I ordered a plain McChicken sandwich and they only gave me a piece of chicken on a platter, no bread (I thought a sandwich meant it would be between 2 slices of bread). I also ordered a HAMBURGER (not a cheese burger), my daughter is allergic to dairy, and they put cheese on her burger. They gave me strawberry pies instead of apple pies, and cold fries. I tried calling to speak to the manager, but as usually no one ever answers the phone. How hard is it really to do what they're paid to do?

This place could not get an order correct if they hired freaking Gordan Ramsey. The Coke taste weird as hell too. Nobody wants to have to drive back to the place when they get home and realize the order is wrong. I should have checked it before I left, but I shouldn't really have to. Everything is going to $h!t.

No matter what time of day you go here they seem to always miss something you order. I placed my order which also included a Large coke. The lady hands me everything except my drink & she says its not a drink on there. I look at the receipt & of course it's not on there when I clearly said lg coke. I ask get one & they tell me to drive back around to order. No way in hell would I wait back in line for something your drive thru order taker didn't add. You should have offered it anyway at that point altho I was willing to pay. Bad service...

Terrible customer service. Lady who took our order spoke Spanish which we had no problem accommodating her so we may understand each other👍🏻, but it seems to me that she's paying more attention to her coworkers and goofin around than actually trying to speak more clearly to the customer so we may understand her mumbling a little better. You can tell she bearly understands what were trying to tell her cuase she's hardly trying. Besides, she was rude on the way she was talking back to us😒. It's the 3am shift by the way, I understand those who have to work this shift but at least fake it so the attitude can be a little more charming.
