Burger King

Service was terrible. I ordered an original chicken sandwich- plain with cheese only. The lady taking the order didn't seem very interested in her job. Got my order and the sandwich had mayo and lettuce on it. Sent it back and told them cheese only. Got the sandwich and it just had lettuce in it. Seriously!? I guess at Burger King you can't have it your way. This seems to bea trend at BK all over. Not going back. If you don't like your job, get another one. There's plenty out there.

We visited Burger King today on Slaughter Lane. The manager, Marco, despite almost being alone in the restaurant, made sure our family had all the food ordered (which tasted delicious by the way!) His customer service was superb and he went above and beyond any manager at any Burger King we have been too. This is definitely a Burger King we will come back to and one we can genuinely recommend! Marco deserves a pay raise and definite positive recognition for his excellence! Thank you Marco and Thank you Burger King!!!

I was looking for a Burger King location and after reading many bad reviews decided it was not a good idea so I will go someplace else. I live part time in Austin and part time in Houston. The fast food and sit down restaurants in Austin are subpar overall. Houston's hole in the wall places are good generally and eating out is reasonably priced and good most places. Why the difference between the two cities food services? To give you my perspective on good food and value; In Austin, Cherry Creek Catfish, Casa Garcia and East Buffet are both reasonable w/good food. In Houston, Goode Co., Becks Prime, Nielsens Deli, Molinas and many more.
