Gatti's Pizza

I used to love going to Mr Gatti’s when they were located on Far West but this visit at the Anderson lane location was horrible. We arrived at 5:00pm but they weren’t ready for a dinner rush. There was a low supply of clean cups, salad bar had no iceberg salad on it and the dressings weren’t labeled, only a couple slices of stale pizza on the pizza bar, no forks at the salad bar, when the fresh pizza was finally available, the thin crust was burnt, several plates in the clean stack were dirty. Disappointing to say the least.

I came in today was kind of disappointed because there was no fresh pizza. But understandably there were no customers in dine in so i get it. As soon as we paid we asked for a pepperoni on thin but was informed they had no thin crust prepared. I was like ok then original is fine. A few customers started flowing in an the fresh pizza started coming out and rather quickly. Well when my son went to grab a few slices the manager informed him this is the thin crust you guys asked for earlier. Glad to know people still like to take care of others. Over all I have to say I was pleased with them taking care of the customers! We left pleased and full!

First time at this location. I'm not sure why so many bad reviews, it was great. About 10-12 people there when we got there, 5pm on a Thursday. The cashier asked if we wanted any specific pizza made. The salad bar was stocked. Had spaghetti and mac and cheese too. Maybe 3 dirty tables when we first got there, the bussed came out shortly and cleaned them. I love Mr. Gattis and was so sad when my childhood location on Far West closed so this will be my new go to for my toddler and I.

Horrible Customer Service. Called in a order to be delivered to work place order was delivered by door dash. 3 large pizza's with dr. pepper only to receive one cold pizza. I know your like what does that have to do with Mr. Gattis Pizza well when calling the store only to speak with Manager Levi wanting to know if maybe he could call the driver and see what was actually delivered, Levi than replied with I am not refunding your money and call the corporate office on to be on hold and never to get through to anyone. UGH I just wanted my PIZZA after a long and hard day of work so hopefully this review will get someone attention I will never order from this store every. A WASTE
