Subway

It’s the small details that matter. 1.-The lady didn’t wash her hands. 2.-Small amount of ingredients. 3.-They charged me for a large drink, but gave me a medium cup. When I asked them for a large cup, the other lady told me: “we only have to sizes: small and large.” I didn’t wanna argue with her over a drink, but I’m writing it here. They will charge you for a large drink, but give you a medium size cup. 4.-Both ladies were either having a bad day, or they are just plain rude.

This review is for November 1st. The employees you work here this day are rude. On employee who fits the description of an older Hispanic lady was very aggressive when I was paying for my sandwich and was extremely rude my shoving my receipt in my bag. Please management at Subway, either train this woman better or fire her. I will not be returning to this location due to this person.

I was charged $25 for 2 turkey sandwiches which I purchase every week at the SPM location! After I wanted to see where it says the prices the lady had a terrible attitude and told the other customers she can’t continue to work until I pay! I didn’t want to hold a line so I did pay it but will never ever return!

This place won't even allow you to have a water cup, no matter how many sandwiches you buy lol. I stopped here to by my crew lunch, I asked for a water cup. They said I had to pay for a soda if I wanted a water, I've never heard of this in my life. The manager said this is a new company wide thing, just so ya know.... it isnt.... I went to another subway and they gladly gave me a water.......

TLDR: Bad Enployees, Bad Sandwhich The two ladies working were too busy scowling and grumbling at each other to make a good sandwich. Ruined the sandwich in the oven, then just slapped cold cheese on it like I wasn’t looking and wrapped it up. It’s hard for a Subway Gas station to fail expectations, but this one sure did.

Do not go to the Brodie location, hands down the worst I’ve ever been treated. This guy calls himself a manager?! He was rude and followed me around the gas station waving and taunting me. When he told me I couldn’t have more than 3 pickles on my sub, I was shocked. I’ve never had anyone tell me I can’t have a 4th pickle slice!! I decided to leave without my food because of his attitude and that’s when he proceeded to follow me through the gas station and even to my car. I was in tears and terrified of this big guy. Beware.

The "manager" at this Subway was very rude. Was trying to place an online order and had questions which he replied that he doesn't have anything to do with the online stuff and would have to call someone at Subway. Tried asking since I was having problems could I place the order with him and still get the $5 offer. He said no it doesn't work like that. Finally got the order placed online which went to the wrong subway. Since it was already placed he couldn't or would not change the place. The whole time he had the attitude that he could care less about everything including working there. I do like subway but not when having to deal with people like this.
