Nothing works at this store! All fountain drink - out of order, bathroom - out of order.. You have to have exact change or be willing to give up your change. And this has been going on for quite awhile. And they're not even apologetic. Staff has an ugly attitude! Just go across the highway to Quick Trip! They're super friendly and everything works!

Update: no one contacted me. I have pictures of the damage. Long scratch marks on every surface front to back. They are trying to duck responsibility for their damage to my car. All I want is what is fair. -- Do not buy anything here. They don't pay their staff enough, so they can't retain workers. No one knows how to maintain proper customer service. I drove up to get a car wash. I've washed my car many times here. There was no warning barrier, or out-of-order sign on the car wash or the kiosk. I paid for a $14 wash. The water and soap failed. I was shocked. Now my car was trapped by huge moving rotary brushes. I honked to get staff attention. My car was trapped with the totally dry brushes scratching my paint. Dirt is extremely abrasive. Try cleaning your glasses with a handful of dirt. The dirt I wanted washed off was being used by the huge rollers to scratch the paint off my car. The force from the rollers knocked the mirrors in on both sides. That never happened before. I waited for a long time until all the brushes were behind the car, then I escaped. I complained to the owner on duty. She was very rude, and wanted to know how I bought a car wash after she turned that off at the pumps. She knew the car wash was damaging cars, and failed to block the entrance, turn it off, or disable it. The owner, Susan was tied up training the only other staff person and was too busy to talk to me. 7 - Eleven damaged the paint on my car. I want just compensation.

I slipped on a discarded banana peel and spilt hot coffee onto myself and got 2nd degree burns. Then I went to the restroom to wash it off and saw a homeless lady giving birth to a beautiful baby boy. And to top it all off they were out of paper towels! Overall an above average experience.

Clerks definitely can't add or don't pay attention. I grabbed their taquitos to go (cold pack of 4). They clearly state "3.89" on the package. This chick starts counting them out and charging $1.49each...the package HAS A PRICE. MA'AM, what the hell are you doing?? They seem to be the dullest of the bunch. Watch your receipts!

Gross bathrooms with urine everywhere. Only one bathroom with a "ball and chain key", what a joke. Why have a key if you're going to keep it like that... disgusting?! It's pretty bad that one bathroom can not be maintained. Out of soap, broken paper towel dispenser with tape everywhere. It wouldn't hurt projected profits if your business would give this restroom a little TLC with a deep cleaning and minor updates. Who knows it might provide for better reviews and returning customers. Updating from fawl smelling toilet If you have children or anything other than a man I would not visit unless it's an emergency stop.

Lady was disrespectful when i asked for the key to the restrooms. That keey has a long strip of metal on it . I explaned to the lady at the register that its unsanitary to touch the keey after i come out the restrooms knowing i am a clean individual. The cashier lady threw a fit and started to punch her hand vigorously i feal threaten .she yeld at me "dont come back " as i am walking OUT. The incident hapend at 8:30 pm 2/22/19. [AVOID THIS STORE!!!]
