7-eleven

This cashier who was working at 2:30 a.m. Friday night was more rude than anyone I have ever dealt with at A 7-11 before. He would not even answer what time the store was going to re-open instead he chose to ignore me for 10 whole minutes then scribbled Onto a piece of paper the words system down as if I was supposed to know what that meant. I Yelled through the locked doors for him to please provide me the phone number and name of his boss so I could report him. He continued to ignore me and several other customers who had come to try to get gas and were equally upset. All he had to do was post a sign prior to us arriving indicating that he is sorry for the inconvenience but the store is temporarily closed, And should reopen at said time. But he chose instead to let us stand out in the cold while he ignored us. I called the number listed on Google multiple times and teach simply let it ring and ring and ring further frustrating this situation. I sincerely hope he is working next time I Need a snack so I can determine if he is perhaps a mute. And deaf, In which case it was a complete misunderstanding and all is forgiven. His air buds tell me this is likely not the case.

Usually pretty good I stopped at this location today, no french vanilla cappuccino. The sales clerk told me there was none but there was. I've witnessed other clerk's at this store refill the machine and I used to work for a 7eleven and there was french vanilla mix available under the cabinet directly below the machine. I wanted the coffee and didn't have time to stop again so I refilled it myself. I don't understand why he didn't want to refill it. Poor customer service. Cashier needs to be retrained, I'd be more than happy to help him. Smh.

Went in this location to use the bathroom, intending to make a purchase afterward. Upon leaving the bathroom, I noticed the cashier working the graveyard shift yelling at a homeless man who also used the bathroom. He had a makeshift bat and kicked me and the other guy out, threatening violence if we didnt comply. I will never spend money at this location and it will be a VERY LONG time before I enter another 7-Eleven store, if at all.

For one whole week and then some the soda machine was 86'd due to the water boil advisory, and somehow they still couldn't find the downtime to clean them? Visible growth in ice chute as well as the drip pan. That whole area needs to be cleaned. Today there was a rusty razor blade on the counter by the lids and straws? Bathroom is worse than the Elysium bathrooms on a Sunday night fifteen years ago. Half the merchandise you can't find prices for, they rarely have my cigarettes stocked anymore. Hard to believe this store is as new as it is. I've seen 7-elevens twenty+ years old that are pristine, and here's this one only a few years old, rode hard and put away wet since day one it seems. Just the total opposite of most every other 7-eleven experience in the city of Austin. I hope they can turn it around before bugs take over.
