Malley's Chocolates

Terrible attitudes from the employees every time I go. Headquarters had the audacity to call it a "he said, she said" situation when I finally call to let them know what's going on in their store. Hopefully they are good on their word and give them some training because they sell the best chocolate. BUT not even the best chocolate can make up for the way the Avon location employees treat the customers. It's a shame that I will no longer be buying Malley's until I see a real change in this location. I have been at this store at least 30 times and I've never been told, "hi" or "how are you?" or "how can I help you?" or even "have a nice day." They ignore you when you walk in and if you stand at the case for three minutes they'll give you a glare and say, "you need something from the case?" Then ring you up silently and say nothing as you leave, never leaving the scowl off their faces. Multiple employees and every time we go.
