Really nice brunch. Large portions; you won't go away hungry. Very good service; friendly and attentive. We didn't try the sweet menu but looking forward to another visit to give those a go!

Quick, friendly service. Visited on a weekday at 3pm and received food within 10 minutes of ordering. French toast with salted caramel & banana (see photo) was amazing. Its not cheap but you're paying for a quality dessert. Great treat!

The food is great, the service is really good. Sometimes the volume of the music could be slightly lower. Everyone is really friendly.

We went for slunch and we really enjoyed everything everything.
I had nachos and they were super yummy 😋 The nachos had enough pulled pork, guacamole and other fillings. Their portions are very good and big portions of icecreams. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The toilets were a bit disappointing, there were not clean.

Lovely food. Not often we can have savoury options for waffles and it tasted lovely. But the sweet ones were better😜 nothing could best a banoffee crepe. Milkshakes were made with in house ice cream with lots of flavours to choose from. Signed up as a member and got a free milkshake too!

Fantastic place I really enjoyed the ice cream but it did take a bit of time to be delivered to the table.

Photos from old and new trips, some as old as 2017. The works is a great place for a catch up with friends and has great dessert options but also savoury ones too for those who don't have a sweet tooth.
Banoffee Waffle is my go too, love it! The works staff ate always friendly and accommodating, the service is quick and easy to pay when done too.

We're big fans of this place and really enjoy their pancakes and desserts. The portions are good sizes and delish.

Amazing independently owned spot for food. Our waiter, Royland, a Harry Styles lookalike, was great. We had vegan pancakes and vegan waffles. I can't believe we found them in this small town.
