Kfc

i worked here in 2017-2018, but based on recent reviews, not much has changed. here's what you gotta know. crispy chicken is fried less often because it's usually made to order. if it's taking a long time, that's probably why. pot pies take the longest and at most only 5 are made for the whole day. most food sits in the hot bins for hours and hours, long past regulation. if the staff is on their phones, ignoring you, or being altogether rude, that goes all the way up the management line so don't bother. the place is rarely cleaned properly because it takes too long. but in the defense of the workers, this kfc is ADDICTED to hiring kids from the local high schools (azusa and gladstone high) and scheduling them during school days. this is an overworked, underscheduled, underpaid staff just trying to survive. i could see this place benefitting from some major staffing changes. a few high school kids are fine for prep work or some cleaning here and there, but don't expect them to be running the drive-thru with one other person in the back and having a smile on their face. these kids are expected to work until midnight or even 1 am cleaning, and then go to school the next day, if they don't have to ditch class to adhere to the company schedule. also when i worked there, there was a bulge in the dining room floor. i went back recently and the bulge has grown huge. i don't know if that's a pipe or what.

Stay away from this location. The past three visits they have forgotten an item. On my last visit 8-06-2021 I asked the cashier if everything was in the bag. He said yes. I looked in the bag only to find two items were missing. He said I didn't pack the bag, but I said you handed me the bag and said everything was correct. He told me I don't care it wasn't his job to pack the bag. He handed me the two missing items and walked away. Terrible customer service.

Worst KFC ever.... Very slow and lazy workers..... I was there to pick up an order placed 20 min ago and when I arrived they were telling I got to wait 30 min to get the chicken ready..... I mean isn't KFC means Kentucky Fried Chicken.... what else you guys sell here... what a joke Then also I saw employees are not using gloves and keep chit chatting and there was a long Drive thru line which these employees didn't care... Also they are not sealing the food as Health department required. When I asked about it the server said this is how we give the food. Worst place. Please don't use this place, try somewhere else.
