Jack In The Box

Been in here for 40 mins waiting on my order that was preordered on door dash. Never using this jack in the box. No one at the front desk multiple customers just walk in wait and leave. This is something that needs to improve used to come here 25/7 now I don't even go there on a sunny day. Was originally waiting for my food and might want to refund and go somewhere else. Then the guy gives me a broken cup holder and spills my shake and drink thanks bruh I earned one star!

In general I tend not to like or patronize any fast food restaurant because most of it is garbage but what I must say about this Jack in the Box is they make a hell of a milkshake and I had a great strawberry shake there actually made with ice cream so I can strongly recommend the shakes I don't think I would strongly recommend the hamburgers to anyone. The worst ever when it comes to customer service. We came from out of town for a track meet and stopped there to get some food and you can hear the employees talking about the clients. Not only that but we waited for 5-8 min at the cash register and they never came to acknowledge us or to tell us they will take our order in a moment. Then when I asked to use the bathroom since we were waiting already because they were supposedly so busy ( when they only had one customer inside waiting for an order and only three cars in the drive thru) they made up that a client locked the keys inside the bathroom and denied me from taking my daughter to use the bathroom. So unprofessional and the worst customer service.

I’m not sure how this Jack in the Box is as slow as it is, but I’ve waited over 20 minutes for fast food which is ridiculous. I’ve watched the lines nearby go down to nothing while the jack in the box line just gets longer and longer. And they close way earlier than listed. Completely unacceptable and I recommend staying away.
