Mountain Mike's Pizza

I was skeptical about coming here. I've been to a few locations over the years and have had mixed opinions and experiences. This location was by far the best. The customer service was top notch. It was clean. The prices weren't horrible and comparable to most pizza places, and beer was cold. My only complaint was the size of the game area. That's my favorite place of a pizza place and it's just small. Great pizza and experience though..

Went here a year ago and honestly didn't have the best experience. But that can be anywhere and I love mountain Mike's pizza so I definitely wanted to give it another chance. Not disappointed. I'll tell you the best thing you can do is order for takeout and meet the people that work there, because they are very friendly cool people. The pizza is always made great as well. I see alot of reviews on wait time but I've never had to wait more than 30min and honestly find any wait okay for how awesome the pizza is.

This place has problems. Edit: I'll be a little more specific in my review. We went for a little league team dinner and were advised to send our order in early, before we got there, which we did. Went to the register and checked in and they had our order in their system and I was told it would be out in a bit. Hour later I went and checked on it and they couldn't find the order so they just handed us two pizzas (we ordered one) that had been sitting on the kitchen pass through and were not hot anymore. The employees were nice and apologetic but they just don't seem to have any idea what's going on.

Since new ownership this place has not been the same. EVERY SINGLE TIME I order pizza they still make me wait 30-45 min past the time it’s suppose to be ready. Today I ordered at 2:47 for it to be ready by 5pm. I get there to pick it up and he said they are running behind it will be another 10-12min….. I waited for 31min total and my pizza STILL WAS NOT READY so I asked for a refund and left!! Everyone else was getting their pizza EXCEPT me! This is UNACCEPTABLE!!! Especially since I ordered a couple hours ahead of time. There’s just always something now. And again, I NEVER had these issues under previous ownership! I will NEVER go back to this location again. They seriously need to get it together!

By far the slowest pizza place in town, maybe on earth. Its honestly sad and pathetic the pase at which they prepare a pizza. A small pepperoni could easily take them an hour and a half. I think they count each sliver of mozzarella before putting it on a pizza, measure the pepperoni to be exactly the same space apart, and send a picture off to corporate to approve each pizza before putting it in the oven.

I ordered and paid for a pizza at 1:50 Site said it would be ready in 30 minutes arrived to pick it up 30 minutes later waited for 20 minutes Finally when someone helped me for the 1st time checked on it said they would get it started right away they were very busy This is unacceptable there was also a 3 to 4 more guests that have been waiting for a long time this is not the 1st time this has happened I tried to give This place a chance every couple of months but it's the same old scenario I love their pizza prices are good but we'll never go back end it up getting my credit card credited I credited I will never go back to this place Whoever owns this establishment needs to take over and run it correctly or sell the franchise if interested all by it...........
