Horrible customer service! Drive thru girl rolled her eyes, smacked her lips & was rude when I told her I forgot my I.D. She was holding my card for awhile without saying a word rolling her eyes, luckily I found my I.D. So I showed her it..Didn't even get thank you or have a gn. If you don't want to work there, why work there!? Don't want to deal with people don't work customer service!!!

This is very random but i could of swore i heard a dog inside sonic . Kept hearing it bark as i was going thru the drive thru window? Idk if its safe to have a dog around food your handing to customers?

i ordered a classic peanut butter shake and the ice cream was rotten or spoiled. had to spit it out. they wouldnt even answer the phone so i could let them know.

Order 2 slushy and waited over 30 mins for my drinks. 1 car in front of me n they couldn’t take my drinks out like they would before.

Seems like the 2 locations by my house, - Ming Ave - White ln, have the rudest, dumbest people working for them which just makes me like Sonic in general even less than I already did.

I went around 8am and there was only one other person in the drive thru. I'm not sure if they only had one employee working at the time because it took quite a while to receive our order. Food was good and hot though. Employee was polite.

Generally pretty quick service, always have nice carhops, and good food. They added new menus that make ordering a lot easier and more efficient. The menu makes things more efficient.
