7-eleven

I really love 7-Eleven. This is the worst 7-Eleven I’ve ever been to. Sadly it used to be my regular store until it went completely south. Most of the time the store looks like it’s going out of business. They will be out of So much inventory, straws, lids, you name it whoever runs the store does not know how to order inventory properly. The coffee machines are always dirty so they don’t work which is one of the only reason why I go. When I saw the manager one time I told her about the coffee machines and she told me to come in at night and bug the night staff to clean them cause that’s when they’re supposed to be cleaned. So basically the customers are supposed to act as the managers? The last time I went the fridges were so empty, ice was out, machines down. I vowed never to go again because it’s just ridiculous. Luckily I found a way better 711 on Ming and s.real

The employees there are cool and all, I have never had any problems. But I always kind of wondered why their pizza doesn't taste the same as all the other places or why it comes out so much faster than other locations. Well, it's because they leave them out on the counter and thaw them over time. When I worked in a grocery store and frozen foods were left out long enough to thaw, we pulled it off the shelves because it's no longer safe to eat. Not only that, but it give the pizza a chemically smell and causes the cheese to separate in the oven, so it comes out soggy and greasy. All around bad policy; leave those pizzas frozen and bake them twice like you're supposed to.

The employees are rude. And I went inside to pay for gas with my debit card, walked out grabbed the pump & it told me to replace the pump, I walked back in & asked her to reset it she said "I can't you have to pay again" I NEVER GOT THE GAS FROM THE FIRST TIME I PAID. 7-11 has gone down hill with their customer service.

Worst 7-Eleven store ever... Im not racist or any thing, this store has some employees that could use a manner class or two... when they dont agree on something they start talking there ala ala ala language and then just shine you on Im mexican and they are just plain rude wish i can file a complain to the 7-11 corporation...
