First time at this location. I had a quick visit at urgent care around the corner do to my cold. So I ask the barista to recomend me a hot low sugar drink. I wanna say it was almond milk honey something it was so good.

Isaiah, the barista, is amazing. He recommended some greats drinks and made my drink very quickly. He very clearly knows what he’s doing and I will definitely be coming back!

I went to go get a white chocolate mocha and my order was ready within 10 minutes. I can confidently say my barista, Isaiah, made my drink phenomenally!

I would have given less then 1 star if possible, I ordered my coffee today morning. It took them 20 minutes just to serve 1 customer ahead of me only has one coffee and two sandwiches. And there’s only one lady who’s working on the coffee I mean you can just increase the staff or take orders so that she can manage. I paid for my coffee and didn’t get it for like 20 minutes and I had to leave to work so I had to leave without coffee. And when I ask her if she can hurry up, she’s like I’m trying and there are two girls in the back was just like gossip and not even doing anything.

Long wait times. I hate to complain, but when one pays $6 for a coffee...they should probably stir the syrup and the bottom. Most of the baristas are amazing! But there are a few who are lazy.

This was my go to location before I started asking for my drinks without ice. They told me that I can’t get a Venti shaken espresso without ice because it’d be “basically empty.” Not cool.

I've ordered from this location a few times through the Starbucks app. Once I get to the shop, they tell me that they are all out of what i ordered. They are supposed to mark it as "sold out" on their app so you cant order it. So I go ahead and order something else, but they are taking WAY too long to make it, so I just asked for a refund and left to a different location. What a waste of time, specially when I'm on my way to work. This has happened multiple times. I finally wised up and stopped going there all together.
