Food tastes good, they messed up my roommates prefer big time before but we decided to give them a shot. They messed up our order. Wanted half and half one side Pepperoni whole thing with bacon on one side and mushroom on the other. They put all three on one side and only pepperoni on the other. I had to pick off bacon and he picked off the mushrooms

The delivery driver was super nice, the soda was cold, the pizza tasted great, the only thing was that it was slightly cold. I was surprised because I don’t live very far away from the location and it was delivered very quickly, maybe new insulated bags?

The pizza was totally raw. The veggies were still cold. I ordered pepperoni and sausage which I found none of. I have always loved Pizza Hut , but it was a great disappointment!

Pizza was all doe no sauce or cheese. Prices are Just ridiculous for a pizza!!! Staff was rude barely made eye contact didn't say anything just a have a nice day but nothing, need customer service training.

Just because it's busy doesn't mean the quality should go down. Pizza was not up to normal standard. The pizza looked very bare.

I love the pizza but they messed up on my order they gave 2 pizzas with same ingredients .They had to have diffrent toppings.

I ordered two large pizza, it was like there was no sauce on either pie, I usually prefer pizza hut over other companies and was an avid pizza hut order. After my most recent experience with the food from this particular restaurant I will be switching restaurants

Many times when the order includes "Extra" items such as extra pineapple, extra cheese, etc. the Extra items are not added, but I am still charged for them! Correcting that problem is such as hassle that I usually ignore it but it happens so often that I am getting to where I may switch to some other pizza place!
