Just wanted to say great job to all the kids working at KFC tonight. The ginger dude who took my order was charismatic and when I pulled up to the food window the girls looked like they were doing some karaoke. The food exceeded expectations. Chips were fresh and perfectly salted. Thank you guys 🙏🏿

Twice I’ve been to this store and couldn’t get in. First time their tills weren’t working. Second time door locked despite multitude of diners inside and well before closing time. No effort to come to the door and explain. Won’t be back for a 3rd round of disappointment.

25 minute wait for food and I walked out. Some customers had been waiting 45 mins! It’s fast food, it should be done within 5 mins. Their was food stacked to the top in the warmers absolutely spilling over and yet the wait times in the restaurant and purchased online we’re ridiculously long. The floor was disgusting with food everywhere and spillage , the staff member at the counter only started her shift and was very lovely and apologetic but couldn’t even give a wait time.

Never really had a problem with these guys, my only issue i have sometimes is my large chips are given to me half full. I think they've forgotten 1 of my meals in the amount of times i've been and they replaced it anyway

Food service was ok but then asked if was hot n Spicey to get home open it up and it’s original that looks like it been on the. Shelf for a while no batter on half the chicken and all oily, just the look of it makes you feel sick feels like they robbing you for what you paid for and didn’t receive not the first time this happened. Management needs to step up

On walking into this store we were horrified at the mess on the floor and the tables they must have given up cleaning here. Ordered our food which the girl must not have given one bit of attention to the wrong food came six fillet burgers. I said that was wrong so they filled the order wrong again so they said I could keep the six burgers as well which I told them I did not want. finally right so I said had I paid the right money so of they go and get the manager
He does a refund for me all the money was refunded which I did not ask for after all that the chicken was nice never returning

Apart from the tragic events that occurred where there was no hot and spicy chicken. My heart exploded I settled for the best chips on safety Bay road. 🍟

Went there with a large group for a meal. The toilets were locked so the kids couldn't use them. The bins were overflowing with garbage and tables weren't clean as well . And to top it all off they couldn't even get the orders correct.. would not go back to baldivis KfC again. Discussing.
