Protein heaven. The southern fried chicken was ordinary. The serving was good size and the burgers looked decent. Each of the sauce goes well with what they recommend. But if you like everything hot, they have one for that too.

The place lacks atmosphere but the server was friendly and very open to suggestions. As an American, I didn't find this to be at all like home. The coleslaw was dry and the meat overcooked. The baked beans were too thick and lacked flavor (add a touch of bacon). The potato salad was more Mexican than Texas. The burgers were large.

Good food, good service. Price is reasonable $12-15 for a pretty decent sized burger that always fills me up. Fries are good and a good spot for kids as they have paper on the tables for drawing with pencils.. Keeps my little guy happy for ages. Regular customer, will be returning.

Service was great and the meat was very tender, but I was a little disappointed with how dry it all was. I love my smoked meats but feel they might need to experiment a bit more to try and perfect the cooking method so that the meat is not dry when served on the plate.

Dont normally throw my two cents in but holy smokes, that was bloody amazing. Feed could have easily fed two but we dont have smoke houses back home so i had to make do by myself. Brisket was my pick but the lamb shoulder was a close second.

Does what it says on the box. You want meat to shove in your meat hole, this is the place to meat. Because meat! All meat is gluten free, as are the sides (excluding the mac 'n' cheese); so all you glutards can get your meat on without fear. Quality is excellent, will be a regular! #meat #moist

Customer service is top notch but unfortunately their food was not. There meat was not melt in your mouth fall apart it was very chewy and lots of fat that had not been rendered for long enough. Their fries were ok not hot though. I was on holidays in Ballarat when we went here for dinner, probably won't be going here next time.
