This place.... this place was an outstanding experience. Served by a fine gentleman called Ben. He knew the whole menu when asked regarding the variety of options when it comes to chicken. He recommended the Hawaiian Chargrilled Chicken Burger (Add Bacon) with a Side Salad! Not only delicious, but healthy too. My friend got the Jalapeno combo as per the image. The service was beautiful as it was delivered to my table with five minutes of ordering. Good on ya Carl's Jr Ballarat team! Will be back.

Refreshing change from the bland burgers at McD’s. You can actually taste the burger. Yes it’s still fast food but nice to have a difference. The Portobello Angus burger is lush and the Chilli Corn Carne Beef Chips (basically chilli beef poured on top of chips) is a novel take. Touch of spice. Recommended. Welcome to have this new American chain here as have had it many times on trips to the states and much tastier menu than the big 2 here.

Second time i have been to this store since it opened up, first time was about 2 months after it opened and absolutely hated it and said I would never go back. Today I thought I would try and see if it had changed I decided to go inside this time (postmix machine was leaking all over the floor) we all have problems every now and again so I ignored that. So I ordered, and i waited about 15 to 20 min for my meal chips were cold, buns were hard in some places I asked for my money back and got a new one (that's all good I'm happy) but it was time to drive back to work and eat my meal on the way back to work and once again it was all cold. I didn't even bother to ring and complain if they can't fix it the first time why bother trying again Staff didn't even seem to happy at work. Will never ever go back

After waiting 26 mins for 2 kids meals and a 5pk tenders only for the kids burgers to be totally wrong. The 2 male workers gave eye rolls when i went up there to get them to fix up there mistakes. Come back to the table to find 1 of the burgers was not right yet again. Go back up there with the wrong burger yet again and said this burger is yet again wrong. The worker then snatched the burger from my hand i said I'm sorry but if the workers could get the burger right i wouldnt have to keep on coming up here mean while my food going cold. Never again it was horrible service no apologies and including waiting all up the time frame for them to get everything right was 42 mins.
