Always on time and consistently delicious. The company I work in conjunction with brings in Jay's catering frequently. The delivery personnel are a huge aspect of Jay's success, as are the admins. They're always friendly, honest, hard working, and extremely knowledgeable. I put a lot of trust in Jay's and they always exceed expectations.

I have not ordered from them directly but my sons school(Thomas Jefferson elementary ) had them cater for a school event and the sandwiches was very good the meat was fresh and it was very good I had two sandwiches I am going to have them cater a event I have coming up because I was very happy with my food

I ordered the executive box lunch for a meeting. The lunch included a sandwich (they have a good variety) a bag of chips or pretzels, a dessert item like a cookie or brownie, and a piece of fruit. The participants loved it. It was a hearty sandwich that tasted pretty good. And it's relatively cheap at about $11 per box at a minimum of 10. I'm definitely going back next time I need to schedule a meeting at lunch time. They were also ready when I arrived which was great! Wish I had tipped better 😜

We use them for catering meetings. They are fantastic at working with special needs. They go the extra mile to ensure special dietary needs are met. Even though the original representative we worked with was out on vacation the staff making the final arrangements did a great job! We will definitely be using them again!

I order catering from Jay's very often on behalf of my organization and I always get amazing customer service and quality food. Christy (spell check) goes above and beyond to accommodate the many dietary restrictions we have and their delivery drivers are always on time and polite. I look forward to a long partnership with Jay's. Definitely recommend!

We got married last weekend and Biddle Street provided incredible food and stellar service. We worked with Alexis, who couldn’t have done a better job. We had a quirky vision for food on our special day and they listened to us and brought that vision to life. We couldn’t be happier. Highly recommend.

We had a pre memorial service luncheon on a Sunday morning. The food was delicious and delivered right at the time we requested. Couldn't have gone more smoothly. Our daughter’s Bat Mitzvah was on April 12, 2014. We had never planned an event so large (not even our own wedding) and really had absolutely no idea what we were doing. We knew that we needed to meet with caterers and so we started doing so two years before the event. We met some great people, tasted some great food, but none of that mattered when we met Ginny at Biddle Street Caterers. The food was incredible, but Ginny is what made the package complete. She is incredibly kind, patient, and helped us every step of the way. We had a zillion questions and she answered every single one. When we got nervous, she calmed our nerves. The night of the party, I will never forget walking into the event and seeing my vision. I had worried for so many nights and I didn’t need to. Ginny and her team put it together perfectly. From start to finish, the event was incredible. Our guests had an amazing time, the food was delicious, and Ginny always checked in to make sure we were o.k. Hands down, this team is over the top amazing. We are already relaxed thinking about the fact that we don’t need to worry in a few years when it is time for our son’s Bar Mitzvah….Biddle Street, we will be back. Thank you so much.
