Pizza Hut

I like this location, rather than a newer locations nearby. It still feels like a Pizza Hut that we grew up with, with the fire place in the middle, that you want to stay and sit down in. Get a cold soda and fresh pizza. The newer style locations just look and feel like a cheap fast food place that you want to grab-n-go from.

Very bad experience, first they made the wrong pizza. They did apologize and correct it, however, whole experience turned into a 45-50 minute ordeal. Only to get home and halve of the pizza taste like the tomatoe paste had started turning from sitting out. Friday pizza night spoiled will never go to this establishment again.

The front 'manager' is nasty and should probably find something other than food service/customer service work. We called ahead to dine in. Her very first words, hello? No! It was 'we don't do dine in' and walked off. After waiting for her to return. I asked for the manager(not knowing someone allows her to manage anymore than her nasty attitude) the back manager came out and explained everything. Why work in this field if you're that miserable. I pray u find peace because your nastiness could further contaminate the inner harbor if u were given the opportunity.

Lady on the phone who claimed to be the manager was very rude. Called to ask about bringing 9 children and 4 adults and the lady on the phone was very rude. Said we couldn't do parties. Was rude about it. Can't do it, no can't do as if we couldn't eat there. She said we had to sit at every other table. We tried to explain that wasn't a problem and she put us on hold and didn't' return.

I placed an order for pick~up an hour in advance. I arrived a few minutes early to make my payment and was informed that my food was not ready and hadn't even been prepared, yet. I was told they were backed up and when I asked how long, after a bit of hesitation, I was told 20 minutes. Obviously, I didn't trust that so I asked for a refund and was told I had to wait on a manager. After waiting for a while, I had to remind them that I was was still waiting. The manager informed me that my order was for a later time, 6:30pm, and it was only 6:34pm and the food was now in the oven. I let her know what I was told did not match up with what she was saying and then she issued me a refund. I honestly think they forgot about my ticket because I ordered so far in advance but never again.

I was on hold for a very long time once I arrived. The email notification directed me to call. I once someome answered there seemed to be confusion on the orders and who was where, etc. My food was not hot as a result of all this waiting. I do appreciate the curbside pick-up. I spent $60.00 (including the tip) and the lukewarm food was a disappointment.
