Boulder Tap House

I've never had avocado fries, so had to give them a try, and oh my, they are absolutely, definitely a do over. I love deep fried pickles and these were the best I've ever had. Large pickle spears and the batter on these and the avocado fries was light and fried to crispy perfection, not thick and doughy. Hubs enjoyed the cheese burger, fries and strawberry malt (two malts really when they bring the extra). Food was so good I almost forgot to drink my beer. Highlight had to be our server, Jamie. I'd like to just hang out with her, but for sure would like to clone her and take to any restaurant I go to. She's the poster child for an incredible server.

SPOT ON! Judging that the parking lot was full we thought we would be in for a long wait for a table. From the moment we walked in we were pleasantly surprised. Only waited for a few moments for a booth, within a minute or two we were greeted and from then on it was a well oiled machine. Best service I've had in weeks, food and beverages were out in a timely manner, food had flavor, cooked perfectly. Kudo's to kitchen staff. Server was knowledgeable about menu and made a few great suggestions, timely and personable. We will return again.
