Good service. Yummy food. I tried the holiday cranberry pancakes... delicious! Clean and safety dividers at all booth tables. They were accommodating of my immune compromised status and seated us in a back corner. Thanks for a great breakfast out after not being in a restaurant for a long time!

Had the new reese's pieces pancakes combo. Bacon wasn't cooked well but I didn't specify how I wanted it cooked so that was on me. As for the pancakes, they were dry. There was no butter in between the 2 cakes. Taste was good but I think the candy should've been put into the mix as well and butter in between.

We stop here for breakfast last Monday. Got sitting fairly quickly. Took forever get our food and almost 30 minutes to get out billed paid from the time it placed on our table. The pancakes and egg not really warm. I still eat it those. I understand there a shortage in staff but the waitress need to be paying better attention to everything.

Excellent service. Fast and very accommodating. I felt noticed waiting for my easy pickup order, which they just made flawless. A very kind waitress helped me, and as I waited for the short period of time, I was asked by the manager and 2 other team members if I had already been helped. They are very clean and professional here. I’ll definitely be recommending this location, it clearly has great management. Thanks! Anastasia

Unfortunately, I likely had higher expectations, but here is my recent experience: we were told a wait of 20-30 minutes, and it was closer to 45. The front desk gal called us to let us know our table was ready without calling the name. We hadn't moved from the seating bench, so she was completely unaware or didn't care. When we were seated, a server had brought us drinks and we mentioned we were immediately ready to order. He said he'd send a waiter over. This took another 20 minutes at least to have a waiter take the order. And another at least 20 for the food to arrive, which was ok. If you're looking for a place with good, prompt service... This is not it. I normally post happy and upbeat, but I was truly beyond disappointed. I guess I expected a little better IHOP. I will give 2 stars because I know many places suffer from understaffing, but you can still give great service and gently let customers know about the wait.

Temporary hours are 6-6 as of 1/17/2022. Waited 45 minutes to be seated. Out of hand towels in the men's restroom and in spite of notifying staff it never was replenished. I'd recommend calling ahead to check on wait or ordering for pickup or delivery. Like many service related industries lately, staff shortages are impacting customer experience. The waitress was doing her best and the food was acceptable but be aware of the above mentioned issues.

We had to wait a long time to ask anything. One server, one manager, and 2 kitchen staff. Server was overworked or couldn't remember items. Bacon was overly greasy but rest of meal was fine. Was very disappointed in how we were treated. Almost ignored it felt like. This was our favorite IHOP, now it's just a bad reminder of the good old days. Please get more staff or have the manager help out more. 20 minutes for condiments to be brought to the table after food is depressing, will not be coming back sadly.

Pathetic service and pathetic attitude . Not only their restaurants are dirty and unhygienic they also employ rudest people who laugh when told they missed some items in the order .
Ordered few omelette, mac and cheese from this pathetic franchise of IHOP , they charged full money, picked up curb side and when we reached home we found that the side items and Mac and cheese were missing. They just kept breads when we asked toast bread lol .
When I called them the lady put me on hold for few minutes and then went to call back the manager. The guy was busy or he didn’t come on phone.
After spending time with the lady on the phone trying to explain what items were missing, she kept missing the details and I had to repeat myself 4-5 times before she could make what were missing items .
Forget about fulfilling the missing items , she wasn’t ready to accept tha they made a mistake.
Their restaurants used to be better before pandemic but after the pandemic they have fallen drastically in service , hygiene and quality.
Avoid !
