Arby's

I was looking forward to trying the pecan chicken salad sandwich. Unfortunately, I had the sandwich late in the afternoon and the chicken salad on it was likely made first thing in the morning. The chicken salad itself did not have much flavor or seasoning, the pieces of grapes eaten by themselves individually had no sweetness, and the pecans from sitting in the mayo all day had become soft instead of crunchy. The marble rye bread it came on had a nice flavor, overall, It wasn't bad, but not something I would ever order again, unless perhaps when the store first opened.

Food is good but check your bag before leaving the drive through. They didn’t put my Mac and cheese in the bag so I went back through the drive through and the girl was like “ yes I did, it’s under the sandwich “ I looked again and nothing was under their. She again made it clear that she 100% knew dang well she put it in my bag but come to window and they would give me another one. The man very rudely handed me another one and when I tried to tell him that it’s not in my bag he just smarts off “ no problem “ just shut windows in my face. Basically accused me of lying to get a free 3.49 bowl of Mac and cheese. If I wanted to do that I would have picked something better than Mac and cheese. Dang treating a customer like that is totally uncalled for.

If I could give a negative review I would! Curly fries were old stale fries that were re-fried. Meat on beef and cheddar was not the regular roast beef, tasted like gyro meat and was not even warm. The sandwiches were made so poorly that there was more sauce on the outside and only half the sandwich had meat. The spicy sauce from the buffalo slider was smeared on everything. The Mac n cheese was burned in the microwave and served anyway.I know it’s Arby’s and I wasn’t expecting much but it was only partially edible. We eat Arby’s regularly and we are removing this store from our list.

Cedar Hills Arby's doesn't seem to care about quality. 2nd try after the last distaster drive thru experience but was willing to give it another chance after the reopening since previous I've gone there for at least 10 years with no complaints. Unfortunately this was another reminder of why I won't go again. Stale Marbled eye bread, dried out sauerkraut, and where's the meat? Isn't that uur motto. Every other Arby's delivered but this one. Horrible Management!

They updated their google page a week ago to say that they are now open but THEY ARE NOT. I just drove there and there are buckets blocking the drive thru, no hours posted, and paper signs on their doors saying that they are hiring and to apply online. DO NOT SAY YOU ARE OPEN IF YOU ARE NOT. I just wasted my time driving here and now have to go somewhere else. So irritated and disappointed.
