Please require staff to wear mask while making/mixing the ice cream in front of them, while they talk to each other. Customer does not want any saliva spray on their ice cream, specially at this time of Pandemic. It just better to be safe than sorry.
I was waiting by the door for my order the other day, and the only time a staff wore their mask is when she handed my order.

One of my favorite ice cream shops! Not as local as Salt & Straw, Little Bean, or 50 Licks- buuuuuut it’s much closer to me than those locations and is a HUGE step up from your standard DQ ice cream.
Cold Stone’s creations are heavenly and I love getting the largest bowl here so I can put it in my freezer and snack on it when I am craving something sweet 🤤
They have indoor and outdoor seating!

How could anyone rate this less than a five. Always a treat, I get to create my own flavors, and there's always enough to eat the next day. Great tray for the kids. Service always good.

I would've gave no stars if i could.
Terrible service. Ordered over $20 in waffle bowls or whatever. Once they finially came out of the back.
The male and female took my order, i told them it was to go.
They just handed me my 3 waffle ice creams and went right to the back.
I'm by myself, i live around the corner. Could of gave me a bag at least.
I left before i got upset.
Never ate at a Stone Cold here, was my first and probably last. In this state.

A gimmicky way to get expensive ice cream. That doesn't mean it isn't tasty. I recommend indulging in all the cool add ons. If your going to pay too much, it might as well be excessive and get the fancy, edible bowl with all the chunks of stuff you could want.

The scooper with the braces (younger woman with light brown hair) has great customer service. Chill, no nonsense ice cream serving. Ice cream itself isn't the most delicious though.

Wish it was cheaper. But its always great ice cream. But when it comes to kids its more about the experience. Unfortunately we can't afford to go often. Indoor and outdoor eating. Close to other foods and shops

Restaurant was dirty, HUGE fly all over the cones. Unfriendly staff. Ice cream was not mixed well. I got the founder's favorite. Mire like brownie Sunday. Gross. Very disappointed. I won't return!.
