It sounds like the staff really enjoy their work! To be clear, this is not a denigration. I truly appreciate it after seeing so many miserable fast food workers. Keep it up!

ANTS came out of their soda fountain machine! When I told the manager she didn't even shut it down or clean it 😳 THEN.... get this! I am sitting in the parking lot with my CHILDREN when two employees come out the back door and proceed to smoke pot out of an apple, IN FRONT OF MY CHILDREN!! After a little bit the manager comes and waves them back in to go back to work. A huge cloud of pot smoke followed them into the back door.
Shaking my head!!! Absolutely in shock. I hope the manager and daytime shift employees are reprimanded for this.

This is one location of an international fast food chain. Nothing out of ordinary. I personally like that BK offers impossible whopper and that's the only reason why I go to burger king restaurant.

Bad service, forgot food, didn't tell us there would be no ice in our drinks and didn't give a receipt to prove anything. Choose literally any other burger king.

Sandwiches were hot and correctly made. Love the flame-broiled taste. Great variety on the menu, including the Impossible Whopper. Love the new and improved app with rewards.

The lady at the drive thru could not hear me at all and i was yelling. She didn't understand what i was asking or telling. Then like I knew.... My order was wrong and they didn't give me a receipt..... First and last time i come here

They never open on time. I watch multiple cars pass through the drive thru as I wait outside for the lobby.
