Usually get good service. My husband tried ordering not too close to closing, when we got our order was wrong and there was some really old cheese on our burgers with white circles. He said staff was laughing when he walked out. He paid extra for bacon but no bacon.

Ordered through DoorDash so no fault to the restaurant that my order was over an hour late, but the burger was a joke. Charred on the outside and barely cooked in the middle, with grease and condiments all over the wrapper. Everything was cold and soggy partially because of the late delivery, but also because the refrigerated condiments were piled on top of the exposed food.

Sweet fire burger is top, little big burger is known for big taste and small portions but they are filling and good

Really enjoy being able to order Little Big Burger thru the app online. The food was perfectly cooked and ready for me at the appointed time. It is just the right size burger and the truffle fries are amazing. The root beer floats are yummy also.

Chicken burger tastes great but there should be a clear disclaimer that they're basically the size of a slider. If you get a single burger expecting a full meal you'll be left hungry. Overall a little too pricey for what you get, and really they should just remove "big" from the name of the restaurant and I'd be happy.

Used to come here a lot and they always did a good job. Recently however the burgers aren't cooked as well (no pun intended, but this was definitely burnt) and there's issues with orders being correct. Ordering a double meet hamburger and getting a double cheeseburger instead, simple stuff but just isn't worth the wait in my opinion.

One of the better locations in the area. The Maui Wowi burger is the best burger I have had at a LBB. PHENOMENAL flavor! So good.
Only downside was they didn't give as many fries as every other location. The burgers flavor kept them at 5 stars for me!
