Went on a lovely date with my roommates boyfriend and ordered a Caesar salad and a 6oz and he ordered the bacon and lentils soup with a barbeque burger. Both the starters and the mains for our course were delicious and would happily come again for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

Quite a nice breakfast. Had a large fry, there is option to remove any item you do not like and replace it, nice view out the window.

Large fry was tasty only thing is you get a 1/4 soda, pancake & half a potato bread this is less than what I expected for a large fry everything else was great and the service is excellent. Will definitely be back.

A cosy and calm cafe which is a rare find in this area of Belfast. Chicken burger and beef panini were nice and fresh. Staff was attentive and friendly

Booked a hotel without breakfast included and Lava House more than filled that gap. Both breakfasts were wonderful, staff were excellent, and the coffee was good.

The blueberry smoothie was excellent!
My husband had the blue cheese burger and he said it was very flavourful.
Food was cooked to order so can take time to arrive, but very good food and very reasonably priced.
