Amazing flavors! The Yellow fresh pressed juice was fantastic. The flavors of the Avocado toast were the most unique I've ever had. The texture and flavor of the bread pudding french toast was perfection, I didnt even need the syrup and the crispy outside was divine. Everything about this place was perfect. Really cool atmosphere too!

Went here for our anniversary dinner. The drinks were good and the dessert they served ‘white chocolate raspberry cake’ was just amazing. They also gave us extra vanilla ice cream with that. I loved the mushroom pappardelle, it was just delicious and the mashed potatoes were so creamy. Didn’t particularly enjoyed the roasted cauliflower and beets salad. The crispy carrots were good too with spicy dip. I expected more as an experience from the place though.

Wow! Just wow. Everything was literally perfect.
Cocktails were amazing. I started with the spicy pineapple margarita. Really herbaceous and just the right hint of pineapple.
Anytime roasted cauliflower is on the menu, do it. All veggies at a Jason Wilson restaurant are second to none. There was no skimping on the sauce under the cauliflower—every bite had the delicious sauce. The octopus appetizer was again delicious. The veggies underneath elevated the perfectly executed octopus.
For dinner, I selected an apple-cinnamon infused whiskey cocktail, which was a perfect balance of sweet, spirit and sour, to accompany my squid ink bucatini with octopus, clams, mussels, and shrimp in a broth that’s straight from the Mediterranean. This was no small portion, either.
Dessert, we shared the chocolate mousse with honeycomb and huckleberry compote. 2nd best dessert I’ve had at Lakehouse (the other was years ago and it was the best dessert I’ve ever had).
Gratuity was included, but the experience was so good, we appended. One of the best dinner experiences I’ve had in a long time and it was worth the price.

Superb, exquisite and sublime! This place was great before their recent closure, but has emerged even better. Somewhat more upmarket than before, the food is now a very innovative and delicious New American-French fusion! The service is attentive and friendly and the ambiance charming and relaxing.

Boyfriend took me here 2/12 around 5 pm for my birthday, server Martin was AMAZING. So hospitable, kind, sort of gentle aura about him. The pasta I got was 3/5 but everything else, the ambiance, the people MARTIN was just a great overall experience

All the food was extremely delicious. The pork chop was very tender and filling, the pasta was very tasty, and you get plenty of the truffle french fries too share.

Fabulous purveyor of in season ingredients, thoughtfully combined with an obvious penchant for creativity and comfort. Singular in their willingness, let's say, need to push open the conventions of modern cuisine! We are blessed with your presence in Bellevue....

We must have come by on a particular Saturday morning where they weren't prepared to serve food. It does present a bit of a mystery as there weren't many tables populated, indeed, I believe there were 3 tables seated when we arrived, and not many more when we left. A significant amount of dirt between the tables was noted, and also on our water bottle. I can only assume they were overwhelmed with their three tables that they couldn't apply proper effort cleaning things during a pandemic.
First off: a significant number of things are on their online menu, which are not available at the restaurant. A friend introduced me to Turkish eggs a few years ago, and they're sublime. Turns out that's one of the items on the website, but not when you're at the restaurant. Alright, I see you have a croque monsieur on the website, which has never done anyone wrong. Nope, that's not on the menu either. Update the website to match reality!
Frankly, that doesn't leave you a lot of options. I chose the creamy cheddar polenta sugo, which claims to have "prosciutto & pork sausage tomato ragu", which I think they may have taken from a bottle with a capital R for ragu on it. Beyond way too much spag bol sauce, the whole dish was absolutely screaming for salt, but our waiter was MIA until we were nearly complete.
My wife ordered Brioche Bread Pudding French Toast, and we were quite surprised at how soggy it was. I do see that it said "bread pudding", but it also said "toast", and "toast" aint sopping wet. Had pretty good flavor though.
Topping it all off: we each ordered a pain au chocolat. Our waiter kept referring to them as "the croissant", which I guess technically is correct but they also sell something called "croissant", but we never found out if we were going to get the correct thing, because despite the waiter telling us they would be up in "a few minutes", the manager eventually came by to offer us something else. I do appreciate the initiative of the manager to prompt for something else, but would have appreciated just being told they didn't want to do the pain au chocolat up front.
Espresso was good, and efficient. Wife's "cherry press" drink was actually surprisingly good.
tl;dr: Not worth your time until they figure out what's going on.
