Caspian Grill

I had the good fortune to attend a wedding dinner at this restaurant and the food and the service were excellent. The staff were so kind and welcoming and made us feel very comfortable and at home. The food was beyond delicious, perfectly seasoned and cooked, with wonderful vegetarian options. I still dream of the juicy, tender lamb, and the many varieties of eggplant. Looking forward to going back soon, and often. Thank you, Caspian, for a wonderful evening, and some of the most delicious food I have ever tasted!

I’m torn about this place! On one hand the food was really good, good portions and reasonable price. On the other hand the customer service was VERY poor, it became uncomfortable being there for more than 30 mins. When I made the reservation for 5.30pm, the lady on the phone said they close at 8pm and we only had 1hr 30 mins because they need to have the table back at 7pm. I couldn’t hear her well so I assumed it was because the place gets crowded during dinner. When we arrived, it was empty (we were the only ones there). Even so, they were keen to clear the table. We finished up and was out by 6.20. STRANGELY, they were super nice and said goodbye cheerfully when we were out the door. What a strange place. Just get take out guys.

I know this restaurant and I like its cuisine but their customer service is awful (I'd put 1 star). Usually they work until 8pm usually. A couple of weeks ago I tried to place the order over the phone and made my 1st call around 7.30pm, no luck. Then I made a dozen calls and no luck again. One more attempt today. I called them 7.20pm, no luck, during 5 minutes I called 3-4 times, no response... Then I tried to place the order online. I spent 3-4 minutes and when I'm almost done, surprise, I couldn't order it, there isn't option for today, next day only. OK, guys, I'm persistent and I live not too far, 5 minutes and I was there at 7.42pm, but... the restaurant was closed...

Terrible customer service!!!i called to ask if we need to reserve table for 2, they said you can walk in! We got there , the lady came out and said do you have reservation we said no we called she said I can’t let you in( the place was empty) I said but I called she said let me check, she came back in few minutes she said I can let you in but no lunch special lunch and limited entree!! We left, she acted so rude! I heard about the bad customer service but didn’t want to believe it! I experienced it today!
