Kfc

Friends will be so surprised to find out that I came here. However, it was for their Beyond Meat "chicken". I'm supporting their move to be more vegetarian friendly! Taste good, better than some frozen plant based "chicken" bought at grocery stores. The Asian guy who served us is so nice and polite! I felt like visiting a fine diner!

Restaurant is a bit of a mess, drink machine didn't have ice. However, they got me ice from another machine, and the food was hot and fresh. The chicken sandwich is honestly incredible for the price. The staff, although not very interested, are quick and professional. As far as KFC's go, this one is one of the better ones.

I just moved to this area 9 months ago. I have had good experiences at this KFC. Today was a different story.... Staff was very nice and helpful. The chicken however was dark brown and dry. Looked like it was cooked twice. I was supposed to take it to a 4th of July get together but was too embarrassed. Called and spoke to manager...she listened to my complaint and offered for me to return it and get new...I explained no time. I wish she would have at least apologized.

The poor staff was inundated with people in drive thru and inside the lobby for order pick up. All 5 of the workers did their best and kept up a great attitude. I've worked fast food before so I know how stressful an environment it can be. Because of the volume they were doing my order was 20 min longer than estimated for pick up. When I did receive my food and got home it was fresh & tasty. The crowd inside the lobby was very patient as it was obvious they were severely understaffed. Kudos to the staff that was there & kudos to my fellow customers for patience.

The lady who took our order has no patience, she rushed us to make the order the second we arrived. She didn’t let us look at the menu, and didn’t tell us what’s in the menu. We tried to order 2 sandwiches, one spicy and one none-spicy, it was impossible to communicate to her. She ignored all the order details and asked us ‘how many sandwiches do you want’, and gave us the same sandwiches anyway. The food was mediocre at best. The chicken was drenched in mayonnaise.

The food was so under cooked it still had the flour on the skin. I'm 65 years old now and this is definitely not what we served when I was working there back in high school. You pay more for so much less. A franchise has no pride, you're another $ not a customer. I wouldn't even have given them one star, but you can't post without it.

I will never eat here again! The chickens they use must be anemic because the pieces are scrawny and tasteless. I ordered the chicken wings last time and they were awful. When I complained to the manager she was very rude and told me there was nothing she could do because they don't make the wings there...they get them from some other company! She wouldn't give me a credit on another purchase nor would she return my money. Outta here!
